"Jambalaya"、歌えるようになりたいのです♪

ウクレレの練習曲なのですが、コードがCとG７しかなく簡単です。割とテンポが早くて大変は大変なのですが、楽しい曲です♪

”Jambalaya”とはケイジャン料理（フランス系アメリカ料理？ルイジアナ料理？）で、アメリカのチャーハンだか焼き飯ですネ。

鶏肉だかソーセージだかとタマネギ、セロリ、ポーマンなどと一緒にライスを炒め、チキンスープで煮込んでタバスコで味付けらしいですヨ。

歌詞の意味は今ひとつ分からないのですが、なんでもアメリカ南部のジョーさんとイボンヌさんの結婚式を、ジャンバラヤやらザリガニのパイ（crawfish pie）やらガンボスープやらでお祝いする感じですかね？
